The start of a legacy

1000 Hours
My shift started with the ordinary review of all the criminals caught by the night crew. All locked in the ships cells had a lot to say and asked much in why they where detained. All I know is like all the rest we have caught during the couple of days we have been out here is that none of them are from the terroist cell that we where searching for. Valin Draco had given me orders to have the Assidious stationed in the middle of the hyperspace lane with a prototype gravity well projector. Many of the officers thinks the whole idea is fruitless but the inquisitor told me that he had a spy in the terrorist network so he never seemed to doubt this plan.

1300 Hours
We intercepted a hutt starship that where known by Imperial intelligence to be used by the Terrorist Cell. I hailed them and Draco said he could sense that this ship was the ship we had been waiting for.

1400 Hours
Among all the terrorist the one that the inquisitor had been waiting for was my own brother it would appear. Valin however seems certain that I would be able to perform my work still as he seemed to think I am my father’s son. Among my brothers fellow terrorist friends are the red head pilot named Jem. She seems to be her own individual with a strong personality. My brother seemed to think she had great potential but I never knew to what end. The second terrorist caught was the aqualish Park. I knew only that he seemed fast and fit being able to keep up with my brother and that he had a knack for blasting things. The gun we confiscated was a modified DC-15A blaster rifle. The last one was Piju. Her greed is great and came as no surprise with her being a Rodian but even so even she seems to have no quarrel taking things from anyone, even dead people. Needless to say, all these will be found guilty and executed within a week.

1700 Hours
The torture of Jorei echos far in the lower cells and even some of the crew seem uneasy as they can hear the results of the two inquisitors interrogation methods. Valin seemed sure that I was the key to breaking his brother and I was afraid that he would torture me to get to my brother. That however, never became the case. The last words my brother said to me was that he forgives me before I left. I have to do something.

2300 Hours
My brother is lost. Sacrificed himself to save me and the others after I damaged the ship’s main reactor and broke all the rebels out of their holding cells. The last thing my brother did was guide the ship out from the hangar with his power and that cost him his life as he was cut down by Valin and Valin’s apprentice Raik. They will pay for what they have done and I will honor my brothers sacrifice to the best of my ability.

The Queen of Air and Darkness

The team chased Darga the Hutt down to Cloud City. But at location, all traces of the Hutt went cold and no matter what means employed, nobody at the floating city either couldn’t or didn’t dare to speak of where to find the crime lord.
The team found out that the Galactic Empire were to meet an agent of the Hutt during the big Sabbacc Tournament at the Royal Casino, and they made preparations to intercept this transaction.
The imperial agent, Lt. Armen Arandis were put under close surveillance, but eluded Jem Colton each time he left the casino floor and ventured out into the streets. On the thrid day of the tournament, the group identified both agents and learned that the valuable transaction was a string of code, soon identified as a radio frequency.
As Silas Draver went for the winnings of the tournament, he shot the imperial officer dead, and severely wounded Lady Mirana Fioro, whom the group were able to save through the quick thinking of Jorei Vaus. In gratitude for saving her life, Lady Fioro spoke openly with Jorei about her part in the scheme, and also where to find the Hutt. She also stated that now that Darga was aware of their presence, neither he or the Galactic Empire would hesitate to destroy all evidence of their dealings.
Confronted by the facts that perhaps thousands of innocent slaves would be killed in space, Jorei ushered his comrades to head to Darga’s hangar to seize the computer terminal needed to interact with the slave ship “The Shackles of Nizon”.
The attack on the hangar was swift, leaving Darga alive, but will all of his present cronies killed by the party. Deciding to leave in haste, they stole Darga’s ship “”/wikis/the-glorious-chariot" class=“wiki-page-link”> The Glorious Chariot" and headed out into space to prevent the slave ship from being destroyed.
After a brief skirmish with the forces of the Empire, the group were able to escort “The Shackles of Nizon” from the fray and watched as it disappeared into hyperspace.

A Wretched Hive, conclusion

The mission to Cato Neimoidia was a mix of success and failure. The team failed to identify all of Darga the Hutt’s shady dealings with the Galactic Empire, but succeeded in extracting Jedi Master Denia from the clutches of the Hutt.
As the battle to escape the Hutt’s stronghold was over, the Majordomo was dead, but the Hutt had fled to his contacts at Cloud City.

Episode II

Between the stars in the blackness of space, the Nebulon-B frigate Resurgence floats silently away from the prying eyes of the Empire. Meanwhile, the galaxy continues to sink further into darkness. Each day, remnants of the Old Republic are crushed and a New Order is more firmly established.
Former Imperial Admiral Gilder Varth has provided Alderaanian agents with vital information on secret projects, and even now events are in motion to reveal the Empire’s misdeeds to the galaxy .

Traitor's Gambit pt. 2
How the group got squashed...

After being briefed by Senator Bail Prestor Organa the group set out for Felucia. After disembarking The Banshee and leaving Sirona Okeefe and her droid Crash behind the group started a tedious trek through the mushroom jungle of Felucia.
After meeting with Mandrake at the native village, the group spotted a scout trooper darting from the village on his speeder and they took up the chase. Flyff accidentally woke up a dying Rancor who had lied down to slowly fade away under the moss of the planet, after a brief fight with the beast, Flyff was rendered incapacitated and shortly after Rizuri met the same fate. As the noise of the fighting rung through the jungle, Rango turned her Kybuck and galloped back to investigate what befell her comrades only to be smashed into pulp by the rancor…

Traitor's Gambit pt. 1
The Sel Zonn Station

Flyff Softpaws escorted Renci Tosh to Sel Zonn Station above Brentaal and met Rango and Content Not Found: rizuri.
At the station the three first got into a fight with two imperial stormtroopers at the Promenade as they saved the life of the Alderaanian security officer Maya who was at the station to meet with the crime lord Switch for a deliver of a certain parcel that was due for Alderaan.
As Maya was seriously wounded in the shoot-out at the Promenade, she put faith in the troupe to carry out her orders and meet with Switch and receive the package. Unknown to her and the troupe, the package consisted of an Alderaanian agent, frozen in carbonite, already seized by Imperial forces and was just about to be prepared to be shipped off station and to undisclosed location for debriefing and imprisonment.
The troupe learned of the location of the package from Switch and at Blue Deck of the station, they went head on with a patrol of stormtroopers to gain control of the frozen agent. As they succeeded in defeating the opposition, they discovered that their retreat was blocked by reinforcements and they locked themselves in the hangar.
With only space as their escape route, Maya and captain Sirona Okeefe jumped to the groups rescue and lifted them off station and jumped through hyperspace to the planet of Alderaan where they met with Senator Bail Prestor Organa.
Senator Organa greeted the group as equals, but still distanced enough to mark his status as senator. In an audience he explained that he had another delicate problem which he needed direct action from the player characters to handle.

Rendezvous at Ord Mantell
Helping a damsel in distress

Flyff and Xer’yth found themselves grounded at the battle-worn planet of Ord Mantell due to a brief skirmish with two TIE-fighters not long after entering the Bright Jewel System, the burly Corellian freighter proved not much of a fight for the highly trained pilots of the Galactic Empire and with damages beyond safety for space-flight, the troupe set down at Ord Mantell.
Scanning the planet from orbit, Xer’yth found the settlement of Great Rock and there the two hired the services of Silas Fudd to repair their torn up ship.
Stranded in the frontier town, the two made their way to the dive of a cantina known as Qexi’s. After brooding for a while over their highly suspicious beverage, the two were approached by a young human female who introduced herself as Renci Tosh.

“You two look like you would help out a lady in distress, no?”
- Renci Tosh

Tosh explained to the miscreants that she herself also had been shot down and her spacecraft were driven into the ground a good bit out of town, and needed to hire the help of others in order to get her ship back, which she claimed had been taken by local criminal elements. Before the three could even leave the cantina, four security guards entered Qexi’s and started to ask their way to Renci by describing her. These were recognized by Xer’yth as a local crime lords minions and that they were up to no good, and also confirming the story of Renci Tosh of falling afoul with the local criminals. A short, but extremely violent scrap took place at Qexi’s, ending with all four goons laying dead on the dirty floor and the group ran out of town before more antagonists showed up.

While in the forest of Ord Mantell they soon picked up and started to backtrack the path of Renci from her point of origin. Most of the trek were uneventful and offered a time of reflection and conversation until they were jumped by a Mantellian Savrip that almost killed Renci Tosh with it’s vicious claws and ended up in a close quarter fight with Flyff as Xer’yth assisted with his blaster. Scraped, battered and poisoned the Togorian Flyff survived, as did the other two and after a couple of hours of tending wounds and regaining their bearings they pushed on towards the location of the ship.

Forest turned into a rocky desert-like environment, and deep gorges opened up. As their trek continued, they followed the tracks down a maze-like canyon and beyond onto an arid plain dotted with rocks and thorny shrubs. Not far from the cliffs, the troupe found what they originally set out to find – a crater, surrounded by scorched dirt and deep cuts into the hard ground. Evidence of a small ship crashing, but no sign of the ship itself. After scanning the surroundings, they spotted tracks leading away from the crash-site in the opposite direction of where they came from. It was obvious that raiders looted the site and actually made off with the whole ship.

Tracking the raiders guided the troupe to a distant mesa with a makeshift crane and chipped out tracks along its side. Scaling the cable of the crane, the two men got a good overview of the raider’s base on top of the mesa and a heavy blaster fight erupted, ending up with Xer’yth severely injured on the brink of death, but by a stroke of luck or perhaps influence of a force greater than themselves, they all got out with their hearts still beating and with a good rack of loot with them.

Back at Great Rock, Renci Tosh again asked for a favor of the crew – her starfighter was found beyond repair and now she needed transportation to her actual destination. The group agreed to take her to Sel Zonn Station for a fee of 5000 credits…
